The Savior - yes, the Messiah, the Lord - has been born today in Bethlehem, the City of David! And you will recognize him by this sign: You will find a baby wrapped snuggly in strips of cloth, lying in a manger.
Luke 2:11-12
Well we are down to the wire. Just a few more days until Christmas. If you are like me there is some shopping left to do, some wrapping to finish and you are trying so hard to keep in mind that something amazing is about to be celebrated. Christmas is all about Jesus' birth! How God took on human flesh to change the world. This baby changed everything!
A tradition we have in our family is to watch the movie Nativity and try to experience the time and culture and the miracle of Jesus' birth and how it fits directly into our lives. I heard a song by Faith Hill called A Baby Changes Everything and was happy to find that it was played along with the movie we so dearly love to watch. So I am mixing it up today and giving you a song to listen to and a story to watch......to plant in your mind, and on your heart, as we get so close to Jesus' birthday. Merry Christmas friends!
