I don't know what's going on in your life right now, but NO MATTER WHAT IT IS, OR HOW BAD IT FEELS, you can and should praise the Lord! Praise him in the good and praise him in the hardships! You don't need to be thankful for the yuck and pain of a situation, but the God who loves you and the Christ who has already claimed victory are still sitting on their thrones in heaven!Your thankfulness can be for things within a situation and just for the blessings you have in people and possessions, but more than that you praise because:
You are created in God’s own image. (Genesis 1:27)
You are fearfully
and wonderfully made. (Psalm 139:14)
You are filled
with the fullness of God. (Ephesians 3:19)
You are the temple
of God and His Spirit dwells in you. (1 Corinthians 3:16)
You are complete
in Christ. (Colossians 2:10)
You are a child of
God. (John 1:12)
God will never leave or forsake you. (Hebrews 13:5)
