He has delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us again. On him we have set our hope that he will continue to deliver us, as you help us by your prayers. Then many will give thanks on our behalf for the gracious favor granted us in answer to the prayers of many. (2 Corinthians 1:10-11 NIV)
Today I am just reminded of all the prayers that have been raised on my behalf and that of my family over the years and I am so thankful. We have overcome issues and illnesses. We've made it through trials and tribulations. All due to the prayers of family, friends, and even strangers.
Do not give up in praying for the salvation of loved ones. Continually lift the lost to the Lord. Pray on behalf of those who are ill and hurting.
Paul tells us in his passage just how great his fellow Christians' prayers for him were. He faced death and situations he knew that he wouldn't survive without God's help. God hears and is attentive to our prayers. Today uphold those around you their lives depend on it!
